Someone accidentally “purchased” the same instructions twice from me on eBay. They only paid for it once, and after waiting a week and, as a courtesy, I decided to get matters cleared up, and,
, I initiated canceling the sale. BAD MOVE! First of all, in the near future, a canceled sale initiated by the seller counts against the seller. It does not matter what the reason is.
Also, the person gave me negative feedback for not sending the second set of instructions WHICH THEY NEVER PAID FOR! I reported to eBay about the buyer abusing the feedback system, but they have done nothing to fix it.
I get so much legal mumbo jumbo from them and I don’t have the time or expertise to decipher it. They have a virtual monopoly so I suppose they can do what they want … maybe eBay sellers need a union to negotiate their rights.
