I took the “Up” House set and converted it to a full house.

    Is that the Rebrickable version?

In the strangely shaped corner near the door and on the right with the window blocked by a bookcase, can I build a small mountain? I was thinking I could put a cave or two for the orcs I have and put the Wizard Tower I built on top. Maybe a goat or two!

Not sure how high I can make it as that takes a ton of brick and a wide base as well. I can try to keep it compact to that window/corner area if no one has another plan there. I usually end up in that spot anyways so I assume it is OK with all! 🙂

The castle I mentioned previously is small and so is my dragon. I’d say a 12 in x 12in (Lego base plate) areais plenty of space.

Absolutely. I’ll put you in for that space. Thanks, Jim.

I am pulling out of bunch of mythical creatures as well to see if I can fit them in the display.

I assume we still want all the water somewhere.

Nice! And yes, give us all the water.

Also @willmcdine, the Up House will look great floating overtop the castle landscape!

I will begin working on reconstructing it!

Here is the first version of the layout proposal. @greg your castle can be oriented either sideways (solid lines) or facing forward (dotted lines) whichever you prefer and think would be best. @tcsbgdady your mountain is located in the left side where you requested. I’m working on some forest and ruins that can fill in the back or on the right side.

Does anyone else have anything larger than one 32×32 baseplate? If not, everything else can be filled in among these three larger MOCs and then held together with the river/water.

Thanks Tim, I think the dotted line has it facing the front window, but the yellow castle is tall, so it will block things behind it.

If I can’t make June 1st, I’ll bring it in earlier.

The Librarian sent me the following message. Wanted to see if anyone was interested.

“Just wanted to check in to see if anyone from Steel City Lug would be available to help out with a Lego program on July 25th (in the evening 5:30-7:30ish) where the kids get to come in and build or work on a Lego project together etc.”

Let me know. I would like to respond by the end of this week. Thank you!

What time on June 1 are you setting up the display? I have the small castle and dragon but have a commitment earlier in the day.

I built a small hot air balloon so a knight can properly battle the dragons. Am I correct in recalling that there are already hooks or boards to attach it?

There is a wooden lattice on the ceiling the LUG left in there. I do not remember there being any left behind hooks, but maybe. Most folks were hanging items with fishline around their models. I need to go over and see if I can measure something in the case, so I will follow up with any corrections here…unless someone else knows exactly.

Woodennlattice has some eye screws still in ot for helping to hang.

Added some other sizing pics of that odd shaped corner I’m building in for posterity.

    Thanks for the idea @tbrown00!

Here is where I am heading. Probably a cave on side/back. Obviously this will be covered in rock work and some waterfall/pond where the blue pieces are currently.

Willing to take some input, but I need to get covering all this big, white area; so get it in early!

@jrosie We’ll start setup around 9:45-10:00 am (Library officially opens at 10:00 am but we can usually get a librarian to let us in a bit early).

    @tcsbgdady
That castle looks huge. A fitting opponent/companion to Greg’s yellow castle.

I’m just bumping this to see if anyone local to Cranberry is interested/available. @tbrown00 @tcsbgdady @greg @rcgrier3406 I’m probably missing a few more (sorry). I need reply to her early next week.

Unfortunately, at that time I’ll be at the zoo for a Duquesne University event. Is there any other day/time I could add my item? It’s a small item- castle and dragon the size of 1 base plate.

@jrosie Yes, if you want to bring it up to the Library earlier that week (Wednesday-Friday), the display case will be empty. Or you can bring it to my house (105 Apple Blossom Lane, Cranberry Twp) and I will take it on Saturday.

Alright. Bumped into @tcsbgdady today. He won’t be able to make install on Sat, so we’re going to meet up that Friday (31st) afternoon to put his stuff in. Be a great time if anyone else can’t do Saturday to get their stuff in. Not sure 100% on time yet but say 1-ish.

In other news @timf I know I’m late to the party but I am available July 25th to help out. Not sure if you messeged them yet.

I can’t make it June 1 either and plan to come Friday but I dont finish school until 230 and planned on stopping at the library then to place my items.
