Finely introducing my self :P

So, me and my dad joined Steel Cit LUG a couple months ago, and never introduced are selves…
I’m not shore if my dad (Rick) will ever do this, so I will introduce him too. Lego had always been my favorite toy, and I discovered the online community when I was 12. My favorite themes to build in are castle and Sci-fi, but I am interested in expanding my range of themes I am comfortable building in 🙂
As far as Rick goes, he has just started getting in to Lego in the past year (mostly because of my interest). He doesn’t really have a favorite theme, but his favorite Lego color is lime green.

I have a feeling, Micah, as our 2nd teen fan of LEGO, you might be exposed to jesting from adults regarding your age, spelling, grammar, ability to drive a car, drink a beer, or pay for your own bricks.

Rest assured, I can name at least 1 adult member who is:

• Aging
• A terrible speller
• Terrible at forming sentences
• Always needing a ride
• Doesn’t drink
• Doesn’t buy his/her own bricks

In fact, I personally may fall into more than one of these.

Point is, welcome to the group. Hope we can welcome you into the AFOL category some day. Until then, keep burying us with your MOC abilities.
