this is just a development log of things I’d like to have for the site:

1.  widget for “most recently active topics” – so “recent replies isn’t flooded with responses to 1 topic

2.  email notifications customizable per forum/per user for when a new topic is created

3.  post count under people’s names

4.  cleaner theme, incorporate Tim’s idea of blog in center home page, possibly remove dates to avoid stale data

5.  polls

6.  better forum search

7.  ability to subscribe to a weekly/daily digest of forum activity

It’d be cool to have a small spot on the homepage dedicated to a place to sticky our next confirmed event and a link to it’s thread.   That way the members see it before anything and any of our fans will know where to see us next 😀
