Does anybody recognize the red part prominently featured in this build?
2×2 round plate, 2l radar dish, 1×1 round mod tile

If you are interested in joining in on this bulk purchase, please let me know via email. I use BrickStore to track everything LEGO related and have uploaded a .bsx file for anyone interested to fill out and send to me at bigbbricks@gmail.com. If you are unfamiliar with BrickStore, feel free to use the .xls that Greg uploaded above ^
Folks that join in on the purchasing will be shipped the items once they are received by me. That means we will all be sharing the cost of shipping from Europa, based upon the amount of weight you are purchasing. I believe, myself and another seller will be shipping the bulk of the order so this should be an inexpensive ride-along. Please have your order in to me by the 19th of this month, payments to be made after shipping calculations are made.
December 22, 2023 at 11:47 pm #56399BigBBricksParticipantThey are approaching me as a store, not a creator, so I am putting together an order for bulk purchase. From my math, they have offered ~20% discount off their BL price which they are usually in the top 10 least expensive for any of these elements. If a sizeable order can be put together, shipping from Hungary is a lot more palatable than smaller orders.
As far as the resale aspect, it takes a tuned store to be able to pull off these elements since they are mostly in the fantasy animal range and most stores don’t cater to high fantasy or castle, but I do. I also cater to little, and not so little, grrrls who love to roleplay and build with Disney animals since I have one under my roof.
So I guess ultimately my intent is to see if anyone wants to add to my existing order once I verify the parts. I’m just passing along a discount from one of my store connections to the LUG as a way to participate. I have done this in the past with PennLUG and when I was in SeaLUG, I offered the LEGO Dimensions packs that were on clearance for $0.50 in Tejas to members for $0.50 because we weren’t getting the same deals and I was importing them by the 1000’s.

Nah. More so just an AFOL that has a social media presence and prefers to keep their real name out of things because they have children and people on the Internet are brutal. So everything LEGO related online gets a pseudonym since my kids were already targets of store related bullying because of a wonderful video from M&R Bricks years ago.

Well, that clears things up, doesn’t it?
I guess so unless it was a philosophical question? Nice to meet yinz.

May 22, 2021 at 12:43 am #39351BigBBricksParticipantI’ll be skipping PBF even though it’s only an hour from me, last time I went it seemed like it was 2/3 vendors and the swag bag/events I paid extra for were trash. Something to be said about a LEGO show if the local LUG (PennLUG) won’t display at the event as a group.
Those that do plan to attend; Be aware, I’ve been told by some of my YouTube friends that they are paying people to display and comping tickets. So if you have a large display, ask.
December 21, 2020 at 2:22 pm #37963BigBBricksParticipantI see some BAM exclusive heads in there plus the recolored turban. A few of them were just added to BrickLink this morning.
December 14, 2020 at 4:36 pm #37867BigBBricksParticipantPlease let me know how this works out for you, I was looking at it earlier. Not sure if it has the same bang for the buck that the 2500 part minifig bag had at $700 but still looks to be a good deal.
September 23, 2020 at 6:31 pm #37103BigBBricksParticipantThanks for the reminder to update my splash page @rcgrier3406, we’ve actually kept the donations to the food banks going until things fully normalize in our area, so I need to add Aug and Sept info.
In addition to the food bank donations, I’ve also run a few whannabe future 501c’s under the names Brick Santa and Bricks4Soldiers. I’m also trying to see if I can figure out how scholarships work for another project I’m interested in starting. If only it didn’t take $1500 worth of lawyers to do something nice, legally, as a company.
But I’m here as an individual, not a store. Just want to be clear and open about that. I will happily change my name on here or whatever is needed to make sure that it doesn’t appear as you have a store as a member. Y’all get the benefits of the store association but the store is not a member.
September 21, 2020 at 7:18 pm #37086BigBBricksParticipantI appreciate the info @zaximillian, I’ll be sure to reach out to them. Right now I’m waiting on a few parts to come in from TLG so I can start designing my invisible suspension system. I have a feeling it will be quite the undertaking and be a multi-year process which is just my speed.
Thanks @tfdesigns, please let me know before paying if possible, quote is the best method.
September 20, 2020 at 9:55 pm #37064BigBBricksParticipantI’m in for two of them in there are still any available
