Yes! I used it for my annual calendar campaign to ship 1000-ish calendars a year as well as other merch – worked really well for that purpose (integrated with Shopify)
I had tried other third party shipping tools before and it ended up being the best one for my purposes.
January 4, 2018 at 5:58 pm #25285JuliaParticipantThey donโt need any more help ?
January 2, 2018 at 2:42 pm #25202JuliaParticipantJust fired him an email! That ship in a bottle looks pretty awesome (although still not as awesome as mine :-P). I’ll have to keep an eye out for a release date so I can snag one.
January 2, 2018 at 12:43 pm #25200JuliaParticipantFun fact – I actually have some availability for this! I’m working overnights, but would be available in the afternoons to help if you still need people ๐
October 22, 2014 at 10:18 pm #8380JuliaParticipantI should mention I try to make it a point to go to every store I’m in a 20 mile radius of whenever I travel… just because. Josh is right, they’re all pretty much exactly the same, so I have no idea why I keep doing it.
October 22, 2014 at 10:09 pm #8379JuliaParticipantOh I will so play this game:

June 18, 2014 at 9:21 pm #6453JuliaParticipantDoes it have to be Pirates of the Carribean? There’s an LOTR pirate ship that’s still in production http://shop.lego.com/en-US/Pirate-Ship-Ambush-79008
June 17, 2014 at 5:04 pm #6438JuliaParticipantYeah! I would vote for a Pens one.
Unless we can figure out how to do Polamalu and give it hair ๐
May 12, 2014 at 4:43 am #6036JuliaParticipantI love the idea of a zoo!
I’ve also toyed with trying to do Kennywood (or parts of it) myself, I work there so I have pretty unlimited access to take pictures and sketch out what the rides look like from behind and such. But maybe now the carnival is coming out, everyone will be doing amusement parks…
April 12, 2014 at 9:42 pm #5813JuliaParticipantMarch 27, 2014 at 3:50 am #5683JuliaParticipantYeah, I have several of those (http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=91405) in blue, which means they can’t be that uncommon because my LEGO collection is small ๐
March 22, 2014 at 2:19 pm #5648JuliaParticipantAlthough, actually I take back some of my statements. I looked up the sets and I realize that at least some of them (if not all?) are exact replicas of existing minifigs.
That’s not Fair Play.
March 22, 2014 at 2:16 pm #5647JuliaParticipantCall me a heretic, but how is this so different from what BrickForge does? Just because the guy doing it is from China? Are we penalizing him for being able to offer a lower price because he lives in and makes them in China?
It’s unfair to accuse him of stealing the molds from the LEGO company, when he could have bought the set and made the molds from the minifigs in it.
AND he’s very clear that the parts are not official LEGO parts, which is in compliance with the LEGO company’s Fair Play policy and is why BrickForge gets to keep doing what they do (other than his use of the word minifig, but I imagine that’s an honest mistake given his effort to disclaimer like crazy in the product description).
March 4, 2014 at 7:07 pm #5486JuliaParticipantMy car can certainly transport MOCs – although it’s a Honda Civic so it’s somewhat volume-challenged.
March 4, 2014 at 1:50 pm #5474JuliaParticipantYeah, that’s what I thought. I’m cool with bricklyft, and actually the giant subversive disclaimer (I’m glad you find it subversive, Matt, that’s exactly the tone I was going for) has sparked some conversation in the car.
As far as Lyft goes – the taxi companies (all two of them), are arguing that we’re operating as an illegal taxi service, a glorified jitney basically. The mayor and other Lyft supporters trying to get regulation through the PUC to classify it as a “transportation network company” instead, operating under a different set of regulations than the taxis do. Pittsburgh’s powers-that-be are fully behind it and it looks like most of our state legislators and candidates for state governor are, too, so I think it’s likely to be resolved relatively soon.
March 4, 2014 at 12:04 am #5450JuliaParticipantDefinitely attending! I’ll be at an medical conference in downtown Philly on Thursday, but it’s not in my field (I’m just presenting a poster Thursday evening), so I’m less than committed to hanging out at the conference and I can probably drop by on Thursday and help out with set-up and such. Ship in a bottle will be there (reminds me Matt, I should really take it off your hands again) and I’ll bring a computer set-up for the video.
I’ll be driving out Wednesday afternoon, so I’m not really a candidate for driving others unless anyone just needs a ride back to Pittsburgh on Sunday.
Also, has anyone else tried to book a hotel room? It looks like the hotel they recommend is all booked for the weekend. I booked a hostel downtown, so it’s not like I’ll be homeless, but I wouldn’t mind moving out closer to BrickFest if there are other people staying in another hotel.
March 2, 2014 at 1:48 pm #5398JuliaParticipantTo answer Greg’s questions:
1. It would probably be less than 50 cents in plastic per part, the printing itself is slow – probably about 30 minutes per part to print
2. I already sold my soul when I started drilling holes into LEGO pieces to turn them into earrings, I got nothing to lose.
March 2, 2014 at 1:32 am #5385JuliaParticipantI have access to a 3D printer ๐
February 5, 2014 at 7:18 pm #5097JuliaParticipantHaha, definitely the Serenity kind, but I probably can’t find a bottle big enough for that one…
And good to be here! I’ve finally figured out that you can subscribe to the forums, so hopefully that will make me remember to check these forums more often ๐
February 5, 2014 at 6:46 pm #5095JuliaParticipantI am conveniently already going to be at a medical conference in Philly that weekend. I have a poster presentation on Thursday evening and then I’m largely uncommitted after that ๐
I don’t have an MOC to contribute other than the ship, which most of the AFOLs there have probably already seen. It’ll probably still get a good response from the public crowd, though!
Or maybe now it’s time to build my firefly in a bottle…
