Hi everyone!
My name’s Nick, and I’m excited to introduce myself. I’m a college student out at Purdue University, but I’m originally from the Bridgeville area, so I’m a Pittsburgh local at heart (my apartment has more than enough Pittsburgh paraphernalia to prove it).
I just got back into LEGO over the summer after a decade-long “Dark Age”, and I’ve become instantly addicted! I started an Instagram/TikTok account to document my LEGO journey, and it ended up catching the attention of Keith ( @lgbrickbuilder), who recommended I check out Steel City LUG! A big thanks to him for the shout-out.
I’ve been having a blast exploring the hobby, especially the display aspect of LEGO. I have at least one set from most themes and am always planning which sets I’ll collect next.
Excited to meet everyone and hopefully get involved when I’m back in the Pittsburgh area!
Not pictured in the photo: Today’s haul (Bonsai Tree, Daily Bugle, Flying Moon Car, and the Halloween GWP), the rest of my Star Wars collection (Droideka, 4 helmets, and the logo), and all the Steelers essentials (Steelers flag + terrible towel on the opposite wall and a Watt jersey just out of frame)!
